Responsibilities
- Lead the retail-specific marketing strategy to enhance the customer shopping experience and boost channel sales.
- Collaborate with Account VP or Director, wholesale teams, and retailers to drive eCommerce sales.
- Formulate strategic direction for major marketing programs, in-store events, and retailer exclusives.
- Act as the account lead for Ulta, Target, and HSN.
- Negotiate exposure, execute marketing programs, media, and manage day-to-day business operations.
- Oversee inventory, forecasting, and budgets for online-only channels.
- Drive cross-functional creative and content needs and ensure timely asset delivery.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in retail or trade marketing, e-commerce, and merchandising.
- Strong marketing background preferred.
Skills
- Deep understanding of e-commerce principles, best practices, and current trends.
- Experience managing online merchandising, digital marketing campaigns, and product catalog optimization.
- Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across online and offline channels.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Compensation
The target salary range for this position in California is $150,000 - $180,000 annually. This position is eligible to earn an annual bonus.
