1. Possess comprehensive knowledge of Benefit products to provide expert sales advice.
2. Achieve sales targets at the point of sale.

4. Expertly manage Brow Bar stock to ensure consistent availability of products.
5. Inspire and convey enthusiasm for the brand to every client.
6. Maintain the Brow Bar's aesthetic appeal in line with marketing guidelines (displays, merchandising, point-of-sale materials).
7. Foster excellent relationships with the store team and management.
8. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to remain a true beauty enthusiast.

1. Training in Aesthetics/Makeup/Personal Image.
2. Minimum of one year experience in cosmetic or perfumery sales, with brow waxing experience preferred.
3. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
4. Immediate availability to work 30 hours per week.
