Louis Vuitton Workforce Planning and Analysis Manager

- Oversee intraday management of scheduling procedures and analyze real-time workload requirements.
- Manage call routing to ensure performance aligns with service level requirements.
- Generate and leverage performance data to propose service improvements and drive cost efficiencies.
- Develop and refine quantitative analyses and predictive models for enhanced forecasting.
- Manage a team of 5-10 Real Time Analysts to ensure efficient call center operations.
- Communicate real-time impactors and provide recommendations to leadership.
- Make staffing recommendations based on real-time performance analysis.
- Manage client services related KPIs through daily and weekly reporting.
- 4+ years of Real-Time Management experience in a call center environment.
- 5+ years of Contact Center experience in a multi-channel environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field.
- Advanced knowledge of workforce management software (Calabrio, Genysis, IEX, Verint, NICE, etc).
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to cascade information effectively.
- Exceptional analytical, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
Minimum of 5 years in a contact center environment with a focus on real-time management and multi-channel operations.
Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field.
