1. Support the delivery of service levels and productivity targets for all skills, focusing on real-time and long-term action plans.
2. Assist in creating monthly planning for Front Office teams to ensure optimal market coverage.
3. Support the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
4. Assist in producing and presenting daily, weekly, and monthly business reports and summaries about Workforce Management KPIs and SLAs.
5. Assist in request management.

1. Bachelor's or Master's internship with an internship agreement from school or a Belgian CIP agreement.

1. Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages considered advantageous.
2. Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
3. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
4. Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
5. Capacity to take ownership and follow up on projects.
6. Proactivity, creative problem-solving orientation, and data-driven decision-making.
7. Ability to thrive in a diverse and international work environment.

Beginner level experience, with previous exposure to Workforce Management solutions considered a plus.

Bachelor's or Master's level internship agreement required.
