1. Support the delivery of service levels and productivity targets for all skills, focusing on real-time and long-term action plans.
2. Assist in creating monthly planning for Front Office teams to ensure optimal market coverage, including daily reference tasks.
3. Support the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
4. Assist in producing and presenting daily, weekly, and monthly business reports and summaries about Workforce Management KPIs and SLAs.
5. Assist in request management.

1. Bachelor's or Master's internship agreement required from school or a Belgian CIP agreement.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.

2. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
3. Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
4. Capacity to take ownership and follow up on projects.
5. Proactivity, creative problem-solving orientation, and data-driven decision-making.
6. Highly motivated and inspirational team player.
7. Previous experience with Workforce Management solutions is a plus.
8. Ability to thrive in a diverse and international work environment.

Beginner-level experience is required, ideally with some exposure to Workforce Management solutions.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress with an internship agreement.
