1. Support the delivery of service levels and productivity targets for all skills, focusing on real-time and long-term action plans.
2. Assist in creating monthly planning for Front Office teams to ensure optimal market coverage.
3. Support the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
4. Assist in producing and presenting daily, weekly, and monthly business reports and summaries regarding Workforce Management KPIs and SLAs.
5. Assist in request management.

1. Bachelor's or Master's internship agreement required from an educational institution.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

2. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
3. Excellent communication skills and multitasking ability.

Previous experience with Workforce Management solutions is advantageous but not required.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress with an internship agreement.
