1. Implement workforce management methodologies, process mapping, and optimization techniques to make data-driven decisions.
2. Support the delivery of service levels and productivity targets for all skills, focusing on real-time and long-term action plans.
3. Prepare volume forecasts for each channel and monthly planning for Front Office teams to ensure optimal market coverage.
4. Assist team managers in creating efficient weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reporting.
5. Produce and present daily, weekly, and monthly business reports and summaries on WFM KPIs and SLAs.
6. Monitor service levels and incoming workloads to positively impact performance metrics.
7. Identify opportunities for process, report, and KPI automation or facilitation.
8. Propose new techniques and technologies to enhance current monitoring and reporting.
9. Identify and escalate operational needs and pain points to ensure continuous improvement in efficiency and value creation.
10. Manage and maintain PBI reporting.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

2. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
3. Advanced MS Excel skills
4. Proactivity and creativity in problem-solving
5. Data-driven decision-making
6. Excellent communication skills
7. Ability to multitask and self-manage
8. Capacity to take ownership and follow up on projects
9. Experience with Workforce Management solutions or ability to learn new tools quickly
10. PBI skills
11. Project management skills (considered a plus)

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
