- Implement workforce management methodologies, process mapping, and optimization techniques to drive data-driven decisions.
- Support the achievement of service levels and productivity targets across all skills, focusing on real-time and long-term action plans.
- Prepare volume forecasts for each channel to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Develop monthly planning for Front Office teams, ensuring comprehensive market coverage and task management.
- Assist team managers in creating efficient weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reports.
- Produce and present daily, weekly, and monthly business reports and summaries regarding WFM KPIs and SLAs.
- Monitor service levels and incoming workloads to positively influence performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for process, report, and KPI automation or facilitation.
- Propose innovative techniques and technologies to enhance current monitoring and reporting.
- Identify and escalate operational needs and pain points to ensure continuous improvement in efficiency and value creation.
- Manage and maintain Power BI reporting.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Proactive and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and self-manage workday.
- Capacity to take ownership and follow up on projects.
- Experience with Workforce Management solutions or ability to quickly learn new tools.
- Proficiency in Power BI is essential.
- Project management skills are advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
