1. Implement workforce management methodologies, process mapping, and optimization techniques to drive data-driven decisions.
2. Support the achievement of service levels and productivity targets across all skills, focusing on real-time and long-term action plans.
3. Prepare volume forecasts for each channel to ensure optimal resource allocation.
4. Develop monthly planning for Front Office teams, ensuring comprehensive market coverage and task management.
5. Assist team managers in creating efficient weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reports.
6. Produce and present daily, weekly, and monthly business reports and summaries regarding WFM KPIs and SLAs.
7. Monitor service levels and incoming workloads to positively influence performance metrics.
8. Identify opportunities for process, report, and KPI automation or facilitation.
9. Propose innovative techniques and technologies to enhance current monitoring and reporting.
10. Identify and escalate operational needs and pain points to ensure continuous improvement in efficiency and value creation.
11. Manage and maintain Power BI reporting.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
