Louis Vuitton Workforce Management Business Analyst

- Implement workforce management methodologies, process mapping, and optimization techniques to make data-driven decisions.
- Support the delivery of service levels and productivity targets for all skills, focusing on real-time and long-term action plans.
- Prepare volume forecasts for each channel and monthly planning for Front Office teams to ensure optimal market coverage.
- Assist team managers in creating efficient weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reporting.
- Produce and present daily, weekly, and monthly business reports and summaries on WFM KPIs and SLAs.
- Monitor service levels and incoming workloads to positively impact performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for process, report, and KPI automation or facilitation.
- Propose new techniques and technologies to enhance current monitoring and reporting.
- Identify and escalate operational needs and pain points to ensure continuous improvement in efficiency and value creation.
- Manage and maintain PBI reporting.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Professional proficiency in English
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Proactivity and creativity in problem-solving
- Data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and self-manage
- Capacity to take ownership and follow up on projects
- Experience with Workforce Management solutions or ability to quickly learn new tools
- PBI skills
- Project management skills (considered a plus)
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required, preferably in workforce management or a related field.
