- Oversee all operational functions of the Care Expert position.
- Ensure departmental goals are met by understanding and following workflow processes.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks within the department.
- Report equipment discrepancies to the Supervisor.
- Support work assignments and review team productivity, providing feedback to leadership.
- Ensure departmental output meets Louis Vuitton's quality standards.
- Maintain general maintenance and cleanliness of workstations.
- Identify improvement opportunities and challenge the status quo with actionable recommendations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Prioritize and follow up on backlogged cases.
- Delegate tasks to advisors to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Communicate regularly with the Supervisor to review departmental opportunities and observations.
- Ensure equitable distribution of work volume and feasibility of deadlines.
- Participate in departmental improvement projects.
- Conduct regular audits on team cases, including appointment attendance and payment statuses.
- Assist with DEF and RO exchange workflow.
- Provide second-level support for team escalations and MyCR flow, liaising with stores for timely responses.
- Review DUE surveys and follow up on Promoter cases, reporting neutral and recovery cases to leadership.
- Monitor queue performance and team adherence, alerting leadership to opportunities.
- Support training and onboarding of new hires.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the luxury or retail industry.
Starting at $28.00 per hour, plus a $2 shift differential for applicable hours.
