- Ensure the team achieves monthly and annual sales targets.
- Manage and develop the team, ensuring adherence to Louis Vuitton's customer engagement standards through structured development plans.
- Identify and recruit high-quality talent, implementing effective succession plans in collaboration with store management.
- Set individual and collective objectives, proactively managing performance to meet expectations.
- Continuously optimize team organization for ongoing improvement.

- Animate the store by mastering the sales space, handling customer complaints, and ensuring a high standard of service.
- Optimize commercial opportunities through effective store management, visibility, quality service, and maintaining Louis Vuitton's brand standards.
- Communicate and implement brand procedures, standards, and appearance guidelines.
- Support the stock team in inventory management.
- Proven experience in women's fashion management.
- Excellence in operational execution, leadership, and professionalism.
- Recognized as an inspiring team manager capable of driving team performance and excellence.
- Strong sense of responsibility, excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, curiosity, empathy, agility, commercial acumen, and strategic vision.
- Fluency in English.
