Louis Vuitton Windchill Business Analyst

- Manage IT projects specific to the watchmaking manufacture by defining scope, schedule, and budget, reporting project progress, communicating associated risks, managing specifications, testing phases, and implementation, and conducting change management with key-user training and user guide documentation.
- Oversee incident tracking and evolution requests to prioritize and propose functional releases for various applications specific to the watchmaking manufacture, including Windchill. This involves gathering user needs and formalizing functional specifications.
- Coordinate with the LV_NEO teams and manage third-party application maintenance providers, including central IS development and functional teams, and other external partners.
- Administer user profiles and access rights for various applications according to current standards.
- Create and update reports and Key Performance Indicators on IT support. Collaborate with the IT manager to define tools, methods, and standards.
- Engineering or business school degree with an affinity for IT.
- Proven experience as an IS&T coordinator or project manager (3-5 years) in a large international company, preferably in fashion, automotive, or watchmaking industries.
- Knowledge of PTC's Windchill PLM application and a willingness to learn multiple applications.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Ability to work in an agile mode on a variety of topics and applications.
- Recognized for rigor, practicality, and diplomacy.
- Proactive, autonomous, and a strong problem-solver.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a large international company, ideally in the fashion, automotive, or watchmaking industries.
Degree from an engineering or business school with a focus on IT.
