1. Update weekly reports and track Watches & Jewelry performance against benchmarks and key metrics.
2. Review and enhance existing files and dashboards to align with Watches & Jewelry priorities.
3. Collaborate with Supply Chain & Logistics to manage product transfers and assortments.
4. Support Watches & Jewelry Coordinators with retail inquiries related to Watches, Fine Jewelry, and High Jewelry Watches.
5. Assist with regional Watch Capsules and Fine Jewelry caravans, including reporting and target monitoring.
6. Create and update retail-facing tools such as assortment availability lists and look-books.
7. Serve as the primary contact for Watches & Jewelry merchandising inquiries.
8. Oversee operational and logistical needs, including shipping certificates and purchase order creation.

1. Proficiency in English; French is a plus.
2. Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and basic understanding of Power BI.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Beginner-level experience in a related field.

Hourly rate of USD $29-33, with a comprehensive benefits package.
