1. Drive and develop the store's Watch business, ensuring alignment with the Louis Vuitton Promise.
2. Lead sales efforts in the high watch category while also promoting cross-category sales.
3. Cultivate and enhance team members' knowledge, enthusiasm, and performance in the watch category.
4. Achieve individual and team objectives and targets for Watches across the store.
5. Support team members in identifying new Watch Clients.
6. Create and implement action plans to drive business and maximize product category performance.
7. Continuously develop the team's knowledge of the product category and relevant business information.

1. Exceptional knowledge of the luxury Watch category and industry.
2. Experience in driving results within a team environment.
3. Proven ability to develop clients and build lasting relationships.

2. Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
3. Ability to create and implement strategic action plans.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury retail industry.
