1. Ensure adherence to safety protocols during the reception of deliveries.
2. Accurately enter all received packages into the system on the day of receipt to maintain up-to-date stock records.
3. Conduct quality control checks on received materials according to established guidelines and procedures.
4. Verify materials' compliance with standards before stock integration.
5. Organize and store received materials appropriately.
6. Manage and verify inventory levels regularly.
7. Record all outgoing packages in the system on the day of dispatch to ensure accurate stock levels.

1. Proficiency in French (reading, writing, speaking).
2. Comfortable with computer systems and warehouse management tools such as scanners, computers, Excel, and SAP.
3. Forklift operation skills (categories 1 to 5) are advantageous.
4. Strong organizational, autonomous, and meticulous work ethic.
5. Keen sense of safety, orderliness, cleanliness, and organization.
6. Customer-oriented with proactive problem-solving abilities.
7. Ability to alert, seek assistance, and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
