1. Manage logistics and transportation partners, collaborating closely with supply chain, digital & client services, finance, and IT teams.
2. Ensure perfect service quality based on Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
3. Monitor and optimize logistics costs.
4. Lead projects to develop additional services and enhance efficiency within the Louis Vuitton Logistic-Core-Model.
5. Conduct, implement, and oversee end-to-end tests and system upgrades.
6. Network with other Louis Vuitton warehouses and teams to exchange best practices.
7. Monitor the implementation of security requirements by service providers.

1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Several years of experience in warehouse and logistics management, preferably in the luxury goods sector.

1. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics processes.
2. Strong communication and coordination skills.
3. Team-oriented with analytical thinking and customer-focused approach.
4. High initiative and sense of responsibility.
5. Fluent in German and English; French is advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management is required, ideally within the luxury goods industry.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
