Louis Vuitton Warehouse Coordinator

- Manage all incoming repairs and create labels for each item.
- Inspect the quality of spare parts and report discrepancies.
- Create picking lists and allocate spare parts for repairs.
- Adjust stock discrepancies and create stock movements in line with financial protocols.
- Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Utilize JD Edwards system for parts lookup and data management.
- Collaborate with Cergy and Store Support teams to address issues related to spare parts and repairs.
- Process store orders and backorders within 24 hours.
- Receive and process shipments from Cergy within 24 hours.
- Organize repairs awaiting parts and propose solutions for delays.
- Participate in departmental improvement projects.
- Experience in inventory management, quality control, warehouse operations, shipping, or receiving.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems, particularly JD Edwards.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Candidates should have beginner-level experience in inventory, quality control, warehouse, shipping, or receiving operations.
$18.00 per hour, plus a $2.00 shift differential for hours worked.
