1. Manage all incoming repairs and create labels for each item.
2. Inspect the quality of spare parts and report discrepancies.
3. Create picking lists and allocate spare parts for repairs.
4. Adjust stock discrepancies and create stock movements in line with financial protocols.
5. Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
6. Utilize JD Edwards system for parts lookup and data management.
7. Collaborate with Cergy and Store Support teams to address issues related to spare parts and repairs.
8. Process store orders and backorders within 24 hours.
9. Receive and process shipments from Cergy within 24 hours.
10. Organize repairs awaiting parts and propose solutions for delays.
11. Participate in departmental improvement projects.

1. Experience in inventory management, quality control, warehouse operations, shipping, or receiving.

1. Proficiency in inventory management systems, particularly JD Edwards.
2. Strong organizational and communication skills.
3. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Candidates should have beginner-level experience in inventory, quality control, warehouse, shipping, or receiving operations.

$18.00 per hour, plus a $2.00 shift differential for hours worked.
