Louis Vuitton Warehouse Coordinator

- Manage all incoming repairs and create labels for each item.
- Inspect the quality of spare parts.
- Create picking lists and allocate spare parts for repairs.
- Report and adjust stock discrepancies.
- Create stock movements in accordance with financial guidelines.
- Inspect repairs awaiting spare parts to ensure all necessary information is available.
- Conduct daily cycle counts.
- Track and rectify incorrect or missing data in JD Edwards system.
- Utilize JD Edwards system to locate parts as needed by artisans.
- Collaborate with Cergy to report issues with spare parts such as quality or lead time.
- Report quality issues on spare parts to SCL supervisor.
- Communicate with Store Support team regarding issues on incoming repairs.
- Coordinate with Cergy team for new orders.
- Process store orders and backorders within 24 hours.
- Communicate with stores regarding spare parts needs.
- Receive and process shipments from Cergy within 24 hours.
- Organize repairs awaiting parts.
- Propose solutions for bags waiting for parts over two weeks.
- Create locations for new spare parts as needed.
- Maintain departmental organization.
- Participate in company improvement projects.
- Experience in inventory, quality control, warehouse, shipping, or receiving.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems, particularly JD Edwards.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Beginner level experience in inventory, quality control, warehouse, shipping, or receiving is required.
