1. Manage all incoming repairs and create labels for each item.
2. Inspect the quality of spare parts.
3. Create picking lists and allocate spare parts for repairs.
4. Report and adjust stock discrepancies.
5. Create stock movements in accordance with financial guidelines.
6. Inspect repairs awaiting spare parts to ensure all necessary information is available.
7. Conduct daily cycle counts.
8. Track and rectify incorrect or missing data in JD Edwards system.
9. Utilize JD Edwards system to locate parts as needed by artisans.
10. Collaborate with Cergy to report issues with spare parts such as quality or lead time.
11. Report quality issues on spare parts to SCL supervisor.
12. Communicate with Store Support team regarding issues on incoming repairs.
13. Coordinate with Cergy team for new orders.
14. Process store orders and backorders within 24 hours.
15. Communicate with stores regarding spare parts needs.
16. Receive and process shipments from Cergy within 24 hours.
17. Organize repairs awaiting parts.
18. Propose solutions for bags waiting for parts over two weeks.
19. Create locations for new spare parts as needed.
20. Maintain departmental organization.
21. Participate in company improvement projects.

1. Experience in inventory, quality control, warehouse, shipping, or receiving.

1. Proficiency in inventory management systems, particularly JD Edwards.
2. Strong organizational skills.
3. Attention to detail.
4. Effective communication skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Beginner level experience in inventory, quality control, warehouse, shipping, or receiving is required.
