1. Manage spare part inventory and control shipping and receiving processes.
2. Receive and label all incoming repairs, ensuring accurate documentation.
3. Pack and prepare finished goods or spare parts for shipment, maintaining supply availability.
4. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the shipping area, securing and verifying shipments.
5. Address and rectify any discrepancies in shipments promptly.
6. Integrate spare parts into the warehouse, matching them to repair and sales orders.
7. Perform basic warehouse processes such as creating locations and conducting cycle counts.
8. Inspect spare parts for quality, reporting issues to the supervisor.
9. Create picking lists and allocate spare parts for repairs, adjusting stock discrepancies as needed.
10. Communicate with internal teams and external partners regarding spare parts and repair issues.
11. Process store orders and backorders efficiently, maintaining organized records.
12. Participate in improvement projects within the company.

1. High School Diploma or GED required.
2. 1-2 years' experience in inventory and quality control preferred.
3. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

1. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
2. Strong written and oral communication abilities.
3. Ability to handle physical tasks, including pulling or pushing up to 25 lbs.
4. Capacity to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
5. Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
6. Team-oriented mindset.

1-2 years' experience with inventory and quality control is strongly preferred.

High School Diploma or GED required.

$18/hour
