- Manage spare part inventory and control shipping and receiving processes.
- Receive and label all incoming repairs, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Pack and prepare finished goods or spare parts for shipment, maintaining supply availability.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the shipping area, securing and verifying shipments.
- Address and rectify any discrepancies in shipments promptly.
- Integrate spare parts into the warehouse, matching them to repair and sales orders.
- Perform basic warehouse processes such as creating locations and conducting cycle counts.
- Inspect spare parts for quality, reporting issues to the supervisor.
- Create picking lists and allocate spare parts for repairs, adjusting stock discrepancies as needed.
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners regarding spare parts and repair issues.
- Process store orders and backorders efficiently, maintaining organized records.
- Participate in improvement projects within the company.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years' experience in inventory and quality control preferred.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and oral communication abilities.
- Ability to handle physical tasks, including pulling or pushing up to 25 lbs.
- Capacity to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- Team-oriented mindset.
1-2 years' experience with inventory and quality control is strongly preferred.
High School Diploma or GED required.
$18/hour
