1. Manage spare part inventory, ensuring accurate control and efficient shipping and receiving processes.
2. Receive and label all incoming repairs, ensuring proper documentation and organization.
3. Pack and prepare finished goods or spare parts for shipment, maintaining a clean and orderly shipping area.
4. Ensure the availability of shipping supplies and move pallets to shipping docks.
5. Address discrepancies in shipments promptly and ensure secure and accurate deliveries.
6. Receive and integrate spare parts into the warehouse, matching them to repair and sales orders.
7. Perform basic warehouse processes, including creating locations and conducting cycle counts.
8. Inspect spare parts for quality, report issues, and adjust stock discrepancies.
9. Utilize JD Edwards system for inventory management and communication with artisans and store support.
10. Process store orders and backorders within 24 hours, ensuring timely communication with stores and suppliers.
11. Participate in improvement projects and maintain an organized department, including repairs awaiting parts.

1. High School Diploma or GED required.
2. 1-2 years of experience in inventory and quality control preferred.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
3. Strong written and oral communication abilities.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
5. Capability to pull or push up to 25 lbs.
6. Team-oriented mindset.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
