- Manage spare part inventory, ensuring accurate control and efficient shipping and receiving processes.
- Receive and label all incoming repairs, ensuring proper documentation and organization.
- Pack and prepare finished goods or spare parts for shipment, maintaining a clean and orderly shipping area.
- Ensure the availability of shipping supplies and move pallets to shipping docks.
- Address discrepancies in shipments promptly and ensure secure and accurate deliveries.
- Receive and integrate spare parts into the warehouse, matching them to repair and sales orders.
- Perform basic warehouse processes, including creating locations and conducting cycle counts.
- Inspect spare parts for quality, report issues, and adjust stock discrepancies.
- Utilize JD Edwards system for inventory management and communication with artisans and store support.
- Process store orders and backorders within 24 hours, ensuring timely communication with stores and suppliers.
- Participate in improvement projects and maintain an organized department, including repairs awaiting parts.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory and quality control preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and oral communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Capability to pull or push up to 25 lbs.
- Team-oriented mindset.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
High School Diploma or GED
