Responsibilities
- Manage spare parts, inventory control, and shipping and receiving.
- Receive all incoming repairs and create labels for each.
- Pack finished goods or spare parts for shipment.
- Prepare shipment documentation and ensure availability of shipping supplies.
- Move pallets from the shipping area to shipping docks and maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Ensure secure and accurate shipments and address discrepancies.
- Receive and integrate spare parts into the warehouse.
- Pick and match spare parts to repair and sales orders.
- Perform basic warehouse processes such as creating locations and cycle counts.
- Check spare parts quality and report issues.
- Create picking lists and allocate spare parts for repairs.
- Report and adjust stock discrepancies and create stock movements.
- Inspect repairs awaiting spare parts and conduct daily cycle counts.
- Use JD Edwards system for parts lookup and communicate with relevant teams.
- Process store orders and backorders within one business day.
- Participate in improvement projects within the company.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years' experience with inventory and quality control preferred
Skills
- Basic Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to pull or push up to 25 lbs
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Team player
