1. Manage spare part inventory, control, and shipping and receiving processes.
2. Receive all incoming repairs and create labels accordingly.
3. Pack and prepare finished goods or spare parts for shipment.
4. Ensure the availability of shipping supplies and maintain a clean, organized shipping area.
5. Move pallets from the shipping area to docks and ensure secure, accurate shipments.
6. Address and rectify discrepancies internally and externally.
7. Receive and integrate spare parts into the warehouse.
8. Pick and match spare parts to repair and sales orders.
9. Perform basic warehouse processes such as creating locations and cycle counts.
10. Check spare parts quality and report issues to the supervisor.
11. Create picking lists and allocate spare parts for repairs.
12. Report and adjust stock discrepancies and create stock movements as per financial rules.
13. Inspect repairs awaiting spare parts to ensure completeness of information.
14. Conduct daily cycle counts and track data accuracy in JD Edwards.
15. Communicate with Cergy and Store Support teams regarding spare parts issues and orders.
16. Process store orders and backorders within one business day.
17. Propose solutions for items awaiting parts for over two weeks.
18. Participate in company improvement projects.

1. High School Diploma or GED required.
2. 1-2 years of experience with inventory and quality control preferred.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
3. Strong written and oral communication skills.
4. Ability to lift or push up to 25 lbs.
5. Capability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
6. Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
7. Team-oriented mindset.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

High School Diploma or GED
