1. Manage spare parts, inventory control, and shipping and receiving.
2. Receive all incoming repairs and create labels for each.
3. Pack finished goods or spare parts for shipment.
4. Prepare shipment documentation and ensure availability of shipping supplies.
5. Move pallets from the shipping area to shipping docks and maintain cleanliness and organization.
6. Ensure secure and accurate shipments and address discrepancies.
7. Receive and integrate spare parts into the warehouse.
8. Pick and match spare parts to repair and sales orders.
9. Perform basic warehouse processes such as creating locations and cycle counts.
10. Check spare parts quality and report issues.
11. Create picking lists and allocate spare parts for repairs.
12. Report and adjust stock discrepancies and create stock movements.
13. Inspect repairs awaiting spare parts and conduct daily cycle counts.
14. Use JD Edwards system for parts lookup and communicate with relevant teams.
15. Process store orders and backorders within one business day.
16. Participate in improvement projects within the company.

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. 1-2 years' experience with inventory and quality control preferred

1. Basic Microsoft Excel
2. Excellent organization and time-management skills
3. Good written and oral communication skills
4. Ability to pull or push up to 25 lbs
5. Ability to work well under pressure
6. Team player
