- Manage spare part inventory, control, and shipping and receiving processes.
- Receive all incoming repairs and create labels accordingly.
- Pack and prepare finished goods or spare parts for shipment.
- Ensure the availability of shipping supplies and maintain a clean, organized shipping area.
- Move pallets from the shipping area to docks and ensure secure, accurate shipments.
- Address and rectify discrepancies internally and externally.
- Receive and integrate spare parts into the warehouse.
- Pick and match spare parts to repair and sales orders.
- Perform basic warehouse processes such as creating locations and cycle counts.
- Check spare parts quality and report issues to the supervisor.
- Create picking lists and allocate spare parts for repairs.
- Report and adjust stock discrepancies and create stock movements as per financial rules.
- Inspect repairs awaiting spare parts to ensure completeness of information.
- Conduct daily cycle counts and track data accuracy in JD Edwards.
- Communicate with Cergy and Store Support teams regarding spare parts issues and orders.
- Process store orders and backorders within one business day.
- Propose solutions for items awaiting parts for over two weeks.
- Participate in company improvement projects.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years of experience with inventory and quality control preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to lift or push up to 25 lbs.
- Capability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- Team-oriented mindset.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
High School Diploma or GED
