1. Support the planning and execution of pop-up and window display projects beyond seasonal rotations.
2. Develop and implement creative concepts for project-based retail activations, including pop-ups and pop-ins.
3. Collaborate with the VM Window Project Manager, Central teams, and local vendors.
4. Ensure alignment with brand guidelines to deliver premium retail experiences.
5. Oversee timelines, production, and on-site execution to ensure high-quality delivery.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, Architecture, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in retail design or visual merchandising, preferably in the luxury or lifestyle sector.

1. Strong project management and vendor coordination skills.
2. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
3. Advanced knowledge of MS Office software, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
4. Preferred proficiency in verbal and written English communication.
5. Ability to travel and support on-site installations when required.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury or lifestyle sector.

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, Architecture, or related field.
