- Plan, prepare, and implement regular store zoning and rotations in consultation with Store Management.
- Manage products, including preparation in the back of house, location changes in the database (RMS), and installation.
- Share qualitative and photographic feedback after each rotation with the Corporate Visual Merchandising Manager.
- Act as an ambassador and role model in-store for visual merchandising, demonstrating genuine passion and enthusiasm.
- Leverage visual merchandising as a proactive force to drive sales and develop the business.
- Manage window product changes for each rotation.
- Collaborate with Store Manager, Team Managers, and Expert Client Advisors on business events and visual merchandising topics.
- Implement store zonings for each product category in collaboration with Expert Advisors and Store Managers.
- Propose alternative products in case of shortages and validate zoning with the Regional VM Manager.
- Implement visual merchandising concepts for in-store events.
- Ensure store maintenance and environment uphold luxury retail standards, including lighting, windows props, and furniture.
- Manage reordering of props, lighting, and visual merchandising tools as necessary.
- Ensure products are displayed according to Louis Vuitton standards and current guidelines.
- Identify employees with visual merchandising strengths within the network.
- Train and facilitate orientation of new Visual Leaders.
- Assist Store Director/Manager with management of visual team and enforce company policies.
- Set visual expectations and manage performance against expectations.
- Coach, train, motivate, and develop visual team members to support strong succession planning.
- Communicate corporate category directives to the visual team.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in visual merchandising software and tools.

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD$100,000 - $110,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus.
