1. Lead the in-store visual merchandising strategy to enhance the business and client experience.
2. Drive consistency, quality, and sophistication in visual merchandising across all product categories.
3. Manage store zoning and rotations in collaboration with the store team.
4. Ensure key products are well displayed to maximize business opportunities.
5. Lead window product changes and installations, coordinating with corporate and local suppliers.
6. Collaborate with the store team on business events, new launches, and special events.
7. Train the team on visual merchandising topics.
8. Provide regular qualitative feedback to Regional and Corporate partners.

1. Expert knowledge in implementing visual merchandising strategies and standards.
2. Experience in window installations and across different product categories.

2. Ability to lead visual execution in a fast-paced retail environment.

Minimum 5 years in a senior level or multi-unit Visual Merchandising Management role, preferably in a luxury retail environment.

USD$100,000 - $110,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus.
