1. Lead the in-store visual merchandising strategy to elevate the retail environment and enhance client experience.
2. Drive consistency, quality, and sophistication in visual merchandising across all product categories.
3. Manage store zoning and rotations in collaboration with the store team to maximize business opportunities.
4. Oversee window product changes and installations, coordinating with corporate and local suppliers.
5. Collaborate with the store team on business events, including sales trends, new launches, and special events.
6. Train the store team on visual merchandising topics to ensure high standards.
7. Provide regular qualitative feedback to Regional and Corporate partners.

1. Minimum of 5 years in a senior or multi-unit Visual Merchandising Management role.
2. Experience in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably within the luxury sector.

1. Expert knowledge in implementing visual merchandising strategies and standards.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in managing window installations and visual execution across different product categories.

A minimum of 5 years in a senior or multi-unit Visual Merchandising Management role, with experience in luxury retail environments.

Salary range of USD$100,000 - $110,000 annually, with potential for a bonus.
