1. Drive sales through effective visual merchandising strategies.
2. Ensure consistency, quality, and sophistication of visual merchandising across all product categories within the store.
3. Manage all aspects of store zoning and rotations in collaboration with the store team.
4. Lead window product changes and installations, coordinating with corporate and local suppliers.
5. Collaborate with the store team on business events, including sales trends, new launches, new collections, and special events.

1. Previously held a senior level or multi-unit Visual Merchandising Management role.
2. Experience leading visual execution in a fast-paced, retail (preferably luxury) environment.
3. Expert knowledge in implementing visual merchandising strategies and standards.
4. Proficiency in window installations and experience with Ready To Wear, Leather Goods, and Accessories.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
