1. Coordinate with the Corporate Office and local suppliers for window installations and manage product changes for each rotation.
2. Plan, prepare, and implement regular store zoning and rotations in consultation with Store Management.
3. Manage products, including preparation in the back of house, location changes in the database (RMS), and installation.
4. Share qualitative and photographic feedback after each rotation with the Corporate Visual Merchandising Manager.
5. Visit competitors and report best practices.
6. Serve as an ambassador and role model in-store for visual merchandising, demonstrating genuine passion and enthusiasm.
7. Master knowledge of all product categories and leverage visual merchandising to drive sales.
8. Collaborate with the Store Manager, Team Managers, and Expert Client Advisors on business events and visual merchandising topics.
9. Implement store zonings for each product category and propose alternative products in case of shortages.
10. Implement visual merchandising concepts for in-store events.
11. Conduct day-to-day visual maintenance checks to maintain luxury retail standards.
12. Manage the reordering of props, lighting, and visual merchandising tools as necessary.
13. Identify employees with visual merchandising strengths and train new Visual Leaders.
14. Assist Store Director/Manager with management of the visual team and enforce company policies.
15. Set visual expectations and manage performance against expectations.
16. Coach, train, motivate, and develop visual team members to support strong succession planning.
17. Communicate corporate category directives to the visual team.
18. Participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store.
19. Develop the highest brand and product knowledge.
20. Respect Louis Vuitton Brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior.
21. Follow the company’s policies and procedures.

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum 5 years of merchandising experience in a retail specialty or luxury environment.
3. Experience with RTW and accessories.
4. Experience with window installations.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.

Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 5 years of merchandising experience within a retail specialty or luxury environment, demonstrating proficiency in window installations and a comprehensive understanding of RTW and accessories.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
