Louis Vuitton Visual Merchandising Lead

- Coordinate with corporate office and local suppliers for window installations.
- Manage window product changes for each rotation.
- Plan, prepare, and implement regular store zoning and rotations in consultation with Store Management.
- Oversee product management including preparation, location changes in the database, and installation.
- Provide qualitative and photographic feedback after each rotation to the Corporate Visual Merchandising Manager.
- Conduct competitor visits and report best practices.
- Act as an ambassador and role model for visual merchandising in-store.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of all product categories.
- Leverage visual merchandising to drive sales.
- Collaborate with Team Managers, Team Leads, and Expert Advisors on business events and visual merchandising topics.
- Implement store zoning for each product category in collaboration with relevant managers.
- Implement visual merchandising concepts for in-store events.
- Ensure store maintenance and environment meet luxury retail standards.
- Manage reordering of props, lighting, and visual merchandising tools.
- Ensure product displays adhere to Louis Vuitton standards and guidelines.
- Participate in all activities contributing to the store's overall objectives.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in visual merchandising principles and practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field is required.
Hourly rate ranging from USD $30 - $34, with bonus opportunities.
