1. Ensure the consistency, quality, and sophistication of visual merchandising across all product categories.
2. Support business strategy and enhance client experience in the Pacific Northwest region.
3. Coordinate with Corporate office and local suppliers for window installations.
4. Oversee store zoning and product rotations, ensuring alignment with guidelines.
5. Provide qualitative and photographic feedback to Regional VM Managers and Corporate team.
6. Visit competitors to report best practices.
7. Act as an ambassador and role model for visual merchandising.
8. Collaborate with Regional Merchandisers to drive sales through visual merchandising.
9. Plan and execute Out of Network Events and VM Activations.
10. Manage and develop the Regional Visual Merchandising team.

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in visual merchandising or related field.
2. Proven leadership and team management skills.
3. Strong understanding of luxury retail and visual merchandising principles.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in visual merchandising software and tools.
4. Ability to travel frequently within the region.

A minimum of 10 years in visual merchandising or a related field is required, with a proven track record of leadership and strategic implementation in a luxury retail environment.

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD$160,000 - $180,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus.
