Louis Vuitton Visual Merchandising Director

- Ensure the consistency, quality, and sophistication of visual merchandising across all product categories.
- Support business strategy and enhance client experience in the Pacific Northwest region.
- Coordinate with Corporate office and local suppliers for window installations.
- Oversee store zoning and product rotations, ensuring alignment with guidelines.
- Provide qualitative and photographic feedback to Regional VM Managers and Corporate team.
- Visit competitors to report best practices.
- Act as an ambassador and role model for visual merchandising.
- Collaborate with Regional Merchandisers to drive sales through visual merchandising.
- Plan and execute Out of Network Events and VM Activations.
- Manage and develop the Regional Visual Merchandising team.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in visual merchandising or related field.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of luxury retail and visual merchandising principles.
- Excellent coordination and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in visual merchandising software and tools.
- Ability to travel frequently within the region.
A minimum of 10 years in visual merchandising or a related field is required, with a proven track record of leadership and strategic implementation in a luxury retail environment.
The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD$160,000 - $180,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus.
