Visual Merchandising Director

1. Ensure consistency, quality, and sophistication of visual merchandising across all product categories.
2. Support business strategy and enhance client experience in the Pacific Northwest region.
3. Coordinate with the Corporate office and local suppliers for window installations.
4. Oversee store zoning and product rotations.
5. Provide feedback to Regional Visual Merchandising Managers and the Corporate team.
6. Visit competitors and report best practices.
7. Act as a role model and ambassador for visual merchandising.
8. Plan and execute out-of-network events.
9. Manage visual merchandising activations for zone events.
10. Oversee the work of Regional Visual Merchandising Managers.
11. Identify and develop employees with visual merchandising strengths.
12. Train and orient new Regional Visual Merchandising Managers.
13. Communicate corporate category directives to the visual team.

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in visual merchandising.

Salary range of USD $160,000 - $180,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities.
