1. Ensure the consistency, quality, and sophistication of visual merchandising across all product categories.
2. Support the business strategy and enhance the client experience within the store.
3. Manage store zoning and rotations in collaboration with the store team to maximize business opportunities.
4. Lead window product changes and installations.
5. Collaborate with the store team on business events.
6. Train the team on visual merchandising topics.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a multi-unit visual merchandising role.
2. Experience in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably in luxury fashion.
3. Proven track record of implementing visual merchandising strategies and standards.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Expertise in visual execution and strategy implementation.
3. Proficiency in managing special events and window installations.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a fast-paced, luxury retail environment is required.

Hourly rate of USD $27 - $30, plus commission opportunities.
