1. Ensure the consistency, quality, and sophistication of visual merchandising across all product categories.
2. Support the business strategy and enhance the client experience in the store.
3. Implement and maintain window displays and interior merchandising.
4. Collaborate with the team for store zoning and event preparation.
5. Conduct day-to-day visual maintenance checks.
6. Maintain in-depth knowledge of general brand standards.

1. Proven experience in a Visual Merchandising role within a fast-paced retail environment, preferably luxury.
2. Experience in visual execution, including strategy implementation, special events, and window installations.
3. Familiarity with ready-to-wear, leather goods, and accessories.

2. Creative and driven with a passion for luxury fashion.
3. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Minimum of 3 years in a visual merchandising role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
