Louis Vuitton Visual Merchandiser

- Oversee the creation and rotation of show window displays, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and aesthetics.
- Coordinate the local arrangement of window sub kits in compliance with global directives.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Store Project and Advertising to ensure timely project completion.
- Design and manage pop-up stores and events, reflecting brand image and achieving business objectives.
- Coordinate logistics for pop-up events, including site selection and vendor management.
- Enhance customer experience at pop-up events, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Plan and manage the design of pop-in spaces for special collections, ensuring visual appeal.
- Provide feedback and reporting to the Central Visual Merchandising team.
- Support zoning plans and product rotations at assigned stores.
- Communicate visual direction strategies to all stores in collaboration with merchandising teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Fine Arts, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong artistic and creative abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Business English and Japanese.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field is required.
Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Fine Arts, or related field preferred.
