1. Achieve a consistent level of visual merchandising to convey the updated brand message.
2. Manage the show window display creation and rotation process.
3. Arrange window sub kits locally in accordance with global instructions.
4. Design and manage the setup of pop-up stores and special events.
5. Handle logistics, including site selection and coordination with vendors.
6. Create an engaging customer experience at pop-up events.
7. Plan and manage the design and setup of pop-in spaces within larger stores.
8. Provide feedback and ensure reporting to the Central VM team.
9. Support zoning plans and product rotations at assigned stores.
10. Communicate visual direction strategies to all stores biweekly.

1. Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus.

1. Strong artistic and creative abilities with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
2. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Rhinoceros, or 3D software).
3. Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Business English and Japanese proficiency.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
