- Plan, prepare, and implement store zoning for product rotations in consultation with Product Managers and Experts.
- Communicate rotation results to the VM France Direction through high-quality photographs.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to stimulate sales.
- Prepare product selections in coordination with stock and ensure window installations align with LV guidelines, maintaining a sophisticated final quality.
- Execute product rotations in window displays.
- Conduct daily visual checks to ensure Visual Merchandising standards meet luxury guidelines.
- Maintain store presentation standards.
- Ensure product presentation in windows and interiors adheres to LV guidelines.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of guidelines and build strong partnerships with Product Managers.
- Participate in window installations.
- Educate and train store teams on VM guidelines and objectives.
- Oversee maintenance with daily visual checks of displays.
- Monitor stock props, assess needs, and place orders.
- Participate in events, store openings, or expansions.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Experience with multi-product VM, including ready-to-wear.
- Recognized for interpersonal skills, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in necessary computer tools.
- Academic background in art and/or fashion is advantageous.
- Fluent in English.
