1. Plan, prepare, and implement store visual merchandising zoning and rotations in collaboration with store management.
2. Oversee windows installation and event setups.
3. Provide qualitative visual feedback after each rotation to the Visual Merchandising Manager and Central team.
4. Serve as an ambassador and role model within the store.
5. Master knowledge of all product categories.
6. Utilize visual merchandising to drive sales by engaging and involving store management.
7. Manage, guide, and develop in-store visual merchandisers.
8. Visit competitors and report best practices.
9. Guide and train the store team on visual merchandising standards to support sophistication and ensure a correct store image.
10. Engage and sensitize the sales team to maintenance and product replacement.

1. Courses in fashion styling or visual merchandising are mandatory.
2. Proficiency in Italian and English.

4. Excellent knowledge of the local market and competitors.

Beginner level experience in visual merchandising or related fields.
