- Plan, prepare, and implement store visual merchandising zoning and rotations in collaboration with store management.
- Oversee windows installation and event setups.
- Provide qualitative visual feedback after each rotation to the Visual Merchandising Manager and Central team.
- Serve as an ambassador and role model within the store.
- Master knowledge of all product categories.
- Utilize visual merchandising to drive sales by engaging and involving store management.
- Manage, guide, and develop in-store visual merchandisers.
- Visit competitors and report best practices.
- Guide and train the store team on visual merchandising standards to support sophistication and ensure a correct store image.
- Engage and sensitize the sales team to maintenance and product replacement.
- Courses in fashion styling or visual merchandising are mandatory.
- Proficiency in Italian and English.
- Strong orientation to fashion and passion for visual merchandising.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Strong aesthetic sense.
- Excellent knowledge of the local market and competitors.
- Sensitivity to product and passion for luxury goods.
- Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure.
- Flexibility and availability to work overnight.
Beginner level experience in visual merchandising or related fields.
Courses in fashion styling or visual merchandising are mandatory.
