1. Plan and execute product rotations in alignment with the Visual Merchandising calendar, collaborating with the Manager and store management team.
2. Work closely with the Merchandising team and store management to ensure store changes align with business needs.
3. Report and provide feedback to the Manager and store management team after each product rotation.
4. Maintain high standards of store presentation through regular floor presence and frequent training of store teams.
5. Support store events with visual merchandising expertise.
6. Coordinate with suppliers and business partners to ensure flawless window installations and campaign image displays.
7. Manage product rotations according to window guidelines.
8. Ensure the store environment adheres to the highest luxury standards.
9. Oversee the reordering of props and manage the budget accordingly.

1. Visual Merchandising background with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
2. Experience in retail across multiple fashion brand categories.

1. Strong product sensitivity and awareness of fashion trends.
2. Ability to lead, motivate, and solve problems effectively.
3. Proactive and strategic mindset.
4. Flexibility to work extended hours and support other regions as needed.

A minimum of 3 years in Visual Merchandising, preferably within multi-category fashion brands.
