1. Plan and execute product rotations in alignment with the Visual Merchandising calendar, collaborating with the Manager and store management team.
2. Work closely with the Merchandising and store management teams to ensure store changes meet business needs.
3. Provide feedback and reports to the Manager and store management team following each product rotation.
4. Maintain high standards of store presentation through regular presence on the floor and training of store teams.
5. Support stores in setting up events.
6. Coordinate with suppliers and business partners for window installations and campaign image additions.
7. Manage product rotations according to window guidelines.
8. Ensure the store environment adheres to luxury standards.
9. Oversee the reordering of props and manage budget follow-ups.

1. Visual Merchandising background with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
2. Experience in retail across multiple fashion brand categories.

1. Strong product sensitivity and fashion awareness.
2. Ability to lead, motivate, and solve problems effectively.
3. Proactive and strategic mindset.
4. Flexibility to work extended hours and support other regions when necessary.

A minimum of 3 years in Visual Merchandising, preferably within multi-category fashion brands.
