Louis Vuitton Visual Merchandiser

- Support the Store Management Team with daily store operations.
- Serve as an ambassador and role model for visual merchandising, demonstrating passion and enthusiasm.
- Leverage visual merchandising to drive sales and business development.
- Lead floor and break management, transaction operations, and opening/closing duties.
- Conduct daily visual merchandising maintenance checks to uphold luxury retail standards.
- Manage the reordering of props, lighting, and visual merchandising tools as needed.
- Ensure product displays adhere to Louis Vuitton standards.
- Coordinate with Store Management, Head Office, and local suppliers for window installations.
- Oversee window product changes for each rotation.
- Plan, prepare, and implement regular store zoning and rotations.
- Manage products and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all product categories.
- Share qualitative and photographic feedback with the Regional Visual Merchandising Manager.
- Visit competitors and report on best practices.
- Collaborate with the Store Management Team on sales trends, new launches, and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Motivate and coach the team on visual merchandising topics.
- Implement store zones for each product category and visual merchandising concepts for store events.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, ideally within a fashion or luxury environment.
- Passion for retail and a professional attitude.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to work under deadlines.
- Strong service-oriented mindset.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong command of English and preferably Dutch.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector.
