Louis Vuitton Travel and Expenses Analyst

- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, partners, and third-party solution providers such as SAP and Concur.
- Perform accounting and reconciliation related to expense notes and cash advance reports in accordance with company guidelines.
- Participate in the preparation of monthly closings related to T&E expenses.
- Assist employees with T&E-related queries and provide guidance on policies and processes.
- Prepare key performance indicators (KPIs) related to travel and expense (T&E) activities.
- Conduct thorough analysis of expenses to identify trends and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Take part in and initiate projects aimed at improving existing processes using problem-solving methodologies.
- Follow up on purchase order flows for the retail network in the Mediterranean area.
- Issue purchase orders for various suppliers and countries in the Mediterranean region (Spain, Greece, and Israel).
- Follow up on invoices to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Maintain regular contact with suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
- Look for opportunities to work with new suppliers and enhance supplier relationships.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Eligible for 1-year contract as 'contrato de prácticas' (6+6 months).
- Familiarity with SAP and Concur is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong command of written and spoken English; additional regional language skills are a plus.
- Understanding of end-to-end T&E processes, including compliance and related tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proactive, curious, and autonomous in addressing challenges and identifying improvements.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
