1. Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, partners, and third-party solution providers such as SAP and Concur.
2. Perform accounting and reconciliation related to expense notes and cash advance reports in accordance with company guidelines.
3. Participate in the preparation of monthly closings related to T&E expenses.
4. Assist employees with T&E-related queries and provide guidance on policies and processes.
5. Prepare key performance indicators (KPIs) related to travel and expense (T&E) activities.
6. Conduct thorough analysis of expenses to identify trends and opportunities for cost optimization.
7. Take part in and initiate projects aimed at improving existing processes using problem-solving methodologies.
8. Follow up on purchase order flows for the retail network in the Mediterranean area.
9. Issue purchase orders for various suppliers and countries in the Mediterranean region (Spain, Greece, and Israel).
10. Follow up on invoices to ensure accurate and timely processing.
11. Maintain regular contact with suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
12. Look for opportunities to work with new suppliers and enhance supplier relationships.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
2. Eligible for 1-year contract as 'contrato de prácticas' (6+6 months).
3. Familiarity with SAP and Concur is highly preferred.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Strong command of written and spoken English; additional regional language skills are a plus.
6. Understanding of end-to-end T&E processes, including compliance and related tools.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
