- Lead the strategic development of skills within the Atelier, ensuring high-quality training and skill enhancement for teams.
- Implement and coordinate the training strategy in collaboration with the HR Manager of the Atelier.
- Develop and deploy the skill development plan, managing needs assessment and budget allocation.
- Advise managers on team training initiatives.
- Coordinate with OPCO for dossier preparation.
- Promote the Ecole des Savoir-Faire within the Atelier and manage the tutor network.
- Participate in the creation of training modules and coordinate experts and tutors.
- Oversee the Professional Pathways for Leatherworkers campaigns, ensuring timely completion of evaluations.
- Act as a reference for agreements and platforms with team leaders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects related to training.
- Provide expertise in training engineering to enhance modules, offerings, and processes.
- Define and monitor training performance indicators and reporting for visibility to headquarters and the management team.
- Lead the recruitment campaign for interns and apprentices, enhancing the value of excellence professions.
- Bachelor's degree +5 in Human Resources or related field
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively

A minimum of 3 years in the training domain is required.
