- Participate in the RF community and support the deployment of improvement projects related to training across all workshops.
- Provide expertise in training engineering for creating new modules and enhancing systems and processes.
- Define and monitor training performance indicators and reporting to provide visibility on training activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training within an industrial environment.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent analytical abilities.
- Proactive in proposing solutions and improvements.
- Ability to guide and support change management.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a training role within an industrial setting is required.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
