1. Develop and implement a training development plan for a defined group of employees.
2. Lead the collection of training needs and budgetary decision-making.
3. Advise managers on team training strategies.
4. Coordinate the tutors of the 'Ecole des Savoir Faire' and deploy training modules.
5. Promote the internal 'Ecole des Savoir Faire' within the workshop.
6. Manage the tutor network, including identification, training, and support.
7. Participate in the creation of training modules and coordinate experts and tutors.
8. Oversee the 'Maroquiniers Professional Pathway' campaigns, ensuring timely completion of professional interviews.
9. Act as a reference for the operation and technical aspects of agreements and platforms used by team leaders.
10. Input data into forms for professional pathways.
11. Contribute to development and improvement projects for training at the site and brand level.
12. Participate in the RF community and support the deployment of improvement projects related to training across all workshops.
13. Provide expertise in training engineering for creating new modules and enhancing systems and processes.
14. Define and monitor training performance indicators and reporting to provide visibility on training activities.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in training within an industrial environment.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a training role within an industrial setting is required.
