1. Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for Client Services staff, including organization and planning.
2. Create training materials and resources for live and virtual sessions.
3. Champion new collections and disseminate knowledge to Client Advisors.
4. Act as a proactive agent of change, challenging the status quo and driving team progress.
5. Adapt tools and content in alignment with strategic priorities.

1. Bachelor's or Master's internship agreement required.
2. Fluency in English.

1. Proficiency in computer applications, including PowerPoint, Canvas, and SharePoint.
2. Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
3. Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
4. Proactive, service-minded, and team-oriented disposition.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Bachelor's or Master's degree program enrollment with an internship agreement or Belgian CIP agreement.
