1. Assist in the deployment of the vocational training plan, from needs assessment to the organization of training sessions.
2. Facilitate the tutor community, ensuring effective communication and support.
3. Provide logistical support to the HR Development Manager for organizing vocational training.
4. Implement and monitor training projects within the School of Know-How.
5. Collaborate on cross-functional HR projects with on-site operational teams.

1. Ideally holding a degree in Human Resources or HR project management.
2. Previous experience in HR development or HR project deployment.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Autonomous, discreet, creative, and meticulous.
3. Strong affinity for hands-on, field-based experiences.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.

Degree in Human Resources or related field.
