1. Assist in the deployment of the 2023-2024 training plan, from needs assessment to training organization.
2. Enter training hours into the HRIS and create training files.
3. Support the Training Manager in the logistical organization of training sessions.
4. Act as a liaison between team leaders and School of Know-How tutors for internal training organization.
5. Co-facilitate the School of Know-How community with the Training Manager.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources (BAC+5).
2. Motivated and eager to learn.
3. Proactive and willing to propose process improvements.
4. Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Commitment to confidentiality and discretion.

1. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
2. Strong organizational and communication skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
