4. Support team leaders, leather artisans, and warehouse staff on training and skill development topics.
5. Track training attendance and adherence to the allocated budget.
6. Collaborate with the payroll department regarding changes in levels and mentorship variables.
7. Facilitate and oversee 'School of Know-How' tutor activities.
8. Contribute to process improvements and current projects.

1. Enrollment in the first year of a Master's program in Human Resources.
