1. Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for Client Services staff, including organization, planning, and co-animation.
2. Create training materials and resources for both live and virtual training sessions.
3. Champion new collections and disseminate knowledge to Client Advisors.
4. Proactively challenge the status quo and drive team progress.
5. Adapt tools and content in alignment with strategic priorities.

1. Bachelor's or Master's internship agreement required.
2. Fluency in English.

1. Excellent computer skills, including PowerPoint and Canvas; SharePoint knowledge is a plus.
2. Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
3. Ability to work with deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
4. Proactive, people-oriented, and service-minded.
5. Team player.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, suitable for those at the start of their career journey.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress, with an internship agreement from a school or a Belgian CIP agreement.
