1. Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for Client Services staff, including organization and co-animation.
2. Create training materials and resources for both live and virtual sessions.
3. Champion new collections and disseminate knowledge to Client Advisors.
4. Act as a proactive agent of change, challenging the status quo and driving team progress.
5. Adapt tools and content in alignment with strategic priorities.

1. Bachelor's or Master's internship agreement required.
2. Fluent in English.

1. Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint, Canvas, and SharePoint.
2. Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
3. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
4. Proactive, service-minded, and team-oriented.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, suitable for those at the start of their career journey.

Bachelor's or Master's degree internship agreement required.
