1. Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for Client Services staff, including organization, planning, and co-animation.
2. Create training materials and resources for both live and virtual training sessions.
3. Animate products for client advisors to enhance sales, in collaboration with product experts.
4. Support the Knowledge Coordinator by uploading and creating content on SharePoint and the Knowledge tool.
5. Collaborate with other departments to develop action plans based on the Maison’s priorities.
6. Adapt tools and content according to strategic priorities.

1. Bachelor's or Master's internship agreement from a school or a Belgian CIP agreement required.
2. Fluency in English.

1. Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint; knowledge of Canvas and SharePoint is advantageous.
2. Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
3. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
4. Proactive, people-oriented, and service-minded team player.

Beginner level experience is required.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress with an internship agreement.
