Louis Vuitton Training Coordinator Apprentice

- Implement training programs identified by the HR Development Manager.
- Schedule training sessions with external organizations.
- Send invitations and follow-up communications for training sessions.
- Monitor participant registrations and make necessary adjustments.
- Update training plan reports, including attendance, costs, hours, cancellations, and expenses.
- Ensure the collection and entry of attendance sheets into the HRIS.
- Manage and archive training documentation.
- Track general training attendance.
- Oversee the safety training plan and coordinate with the HSE team.
- Identify initial regulatory training needs in collaboration with operational staff (e.g., CACES, HEL, SST, PPE).
- Monitor ongoing certifications and ensure timely renewals in compliance with legislation.
- Coordinate ancillary appointments (HRIS, mandatory internal safety training) before issuing practice authorizations signed by the Director.
- Update tracking tables in coordination with the HSE and health services.
- Participate in implementing health and safety awareness/training projects with the HSE and health services.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or HR project management (Bac +4/5).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Autonomy and discretion.
- Creativity and rigor.
- Strong interest in hands-on experiences.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR development or HR project deployment is required.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or HR project management (Bac +4/5).
