Louis Vuitton Training & Talent Development Manager

- Implement the talent development strategy in alignment with the Group and Maison's objectives.
- Conduct career interviews and manage People Reviews by business category.
- Deploy talent support programs, including mentoring and career path definition.
- Organize and monitor training modules and coordinate with tutors and experts.
- Manage leatherworkers' career path campaigns and ensure timely completion of interviews.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects related to training.
- Monitor training performance indicators and provide visibility to management.
- Support talent acquisition processes as needed.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Understanding of adult learning theory
- Instructional design and program management expertise
- Proven success in adapting programs to diverse audiences
- Strong business and customer focus
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual Spanish/English required
- French language skills a plus
- Ability to build strong and collaborative relationships
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in training and talent development, with a focus on program management and adult learning theory.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD$105,000 - $160,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus.
