1. Implement the talent development strategy in alignment with the Group and Maison's objectives.
2. Conduct career interviews and manage People Reviews by business category.
3. Deploy talent support programs, including mentoring and career path definition.
4. Organize and monitor training modules and coordinate with tutors and experts.
5. Manage leatherworkers' career path campaigns and ensure timely completion of interviews.
6. Participate in continuous improvement projects related to training.
7. Monitor training performance indicators and provide visibility to management.
8. Support talent acquisition processes as needed.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
3. Understanding of adult learning theory
4. Instructional design and program management expertise
5. Proven success in adapting programs to diverse audiences
6. Strong business and customer focus

1. Excellent presentation skills
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills
3. Bilingual Spanish/English required
4. French language skills a plus
5. Ability to build strong and collaborative relationships

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in training and talent development, with a focus on program management and adult learning theory.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD$105,000 - $160,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus.
