- Implement the talent development strategy to address group and brand challenges.
- Monitor talent through career interviews and develop support methods.
- Raise awareness among managers and HR about career paths.
- Manage People Reviews by business category.
- Conduct annual Organizational Management Reviews.
- Deploy talent support programs and monitor project satisfaction.
- Contribute to defining career paths and create comprehensive tools.
- Participate in events to promote professions and maintain active talent management awareness.
- Set up and organize indicator monitoring for strategic talent development activities.
- Build and deploy development plans, advising managers on team training.
- Coordinate the School of Skills tutors and deploy training modules.
- Manage leatherworkers' career path campaigns and ensure timely completion.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects related to training.
- Monitor training performance indicators and provide visibility to management.
- Manage the training team and support talent acquisition efforts.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design.
- Demonstrated success in adapting programs to meet audience needs.
- Strong business and customer focus.
- Ability to build strong and collaborative relationships.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English required; French language skills a plus.

The position offers a salary range of USD$105,000 - $160,000 annually, with potential for bonuses.
