- Deploy training programs for leather goods artisans to meet production needs and enhance versatility, in collaboration with team leaders and the School of Expertise tutors.
- Plan regulatory training sessions (Health, Safety, Environment) and maintain up-to-date HSE reporting.
- Monitor the progress of the training plan, including administrative tasks, organization, and logistics, in collaboration with the HR Development Manager.
- Accurately maintain HR dashboards (hourly budget, attendance verification).
- Manage internal and external training files (quotes, purchase orders, invitations, agreements, invoices, attendance sheets, data entry, archiving).
- Assist in constructing the following year's training plan and evaluating the current year's outcomes.
- Participate in the recruitment process for interns and apprentices, from CV pre-selection to integration.
- Serve as the point of contact for candidates and educational institutions to compile hiring files.
- Organize integration schedules and days.
- Oversee the billing of apprenticeship contracts in collaboration with financial control.
- Participate in recruitment forums with the HR Development Manager.
- Provide occasional support to the HR team as needed.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree (BAC +4/5) with a specialization in Human Resources.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine sense of service.
- Demonstrated rigor, organization, and autonomy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Adaptability to change.
- Ability to propose innovative solutions.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree (BAC +4/5) in Human Resources.
